This paper was presented at the ASME Conference held in Toronto, Ontario on June 12-14, 1951.

While attempting to track this down, I found reference to another book by Koehler:

This item is apparently located at the Linda Hall Library (www . lindahall . org), but the website says it is not available for loan. Has this item already been identified? If not, my plan is to contact them, and see if we have any options.
